
Amanda started her real estate career as a resale agent in 2003 and started selling new construction in 2004. She has worked on many well-know projects such as: Bear Creek for Village Life, Jacob’s Creek, Gallery and Brix, and is recognized for record sales as a top producer. Amanda enjoys meeting new people at her new home communities, and a proponent of home ownership, enjoys selling something she truly believes in. Amanda is an avid animal lover and outside of work volunteers for the Animal Sanctuary and enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs and three cats.



Branden's not one to shy away from a challenge or afraid to get his hands dirty in the process. Case in point, he paid for college by commercial fishing in the waters off of Alaska. Today, he spends his time fishing for just the right "catch" for satisfied clients and angling for sales for happy homebuilders.

Born and raised in the Evergreen State, Chris is a true Washingtonian! He has been working in Real Estate since 2002 with an emphasis on new construction since 2005. Chris lives an active lifestyle outside of assisting clients with their real estate needs. Snowboarding, golfing, exercising, reading, and traveling are extremely important to his happiness. Christine hails from sunny California, where she began her real estate career more than 6 years ago. She started out with resale but found new home construction to be her passion. This proved to be true during her first year of new construction she was promoted three times in one year from real estate hostess to junior agent and finally to lead sales agent. As a public relations graduate she truly enjoys building relationships with people and helping them find their dream home.
Christine is a certified negotiation expert and holds a real estate license in both WA and CA where she enjoys traveling between the two states to visit family and friends. You might see her around rock climbing, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her fiance and her Maltese.

For the past 27 years, Francie has had the privilege of helping clients realize their goal of buying and selling their homes in Pierce and King County. Specializing in condominiums sales and marketing for builders and developers since 1978, Jak has been directly involved in the sales and marketing of more than 200 condominium projects in downtown Seattle and Portland, Oregon, including one of the largest apartment conversions in the state -- 770 homes on 82 acres. Jak's passion for condominiums is a personal one -- he lives in an in-city high rise community in Seattle and has served on numerous condominium and advisory boards.
Jak counts among his personal joys his wonderful family, gourmet dining, fine wine, civilized conversation, and world travel, including trips up north for the occasional salmon fishing.

James loves spending time with his wife Katy and their four pets. Travel plans usually include quick trips to Phoenix or long trips to Ireland and staying in the family cottage in County Cork.



Jan Holmstead has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She loves the relationships that come from working with buyers and being able to bond with them through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. She works hard to be educated about the market and about the process in this ever changing business. She joined the real estate profession with her eye on working in the new construction niche and feels blessed to be working her dream job.
She is a Washingtonian by choice, moving to the Evergreen state in 2000 and loving the area, the people and the beautiful scenery. Her time, not at work, is spent with her husband and three kids. She works in the community, volunteers with her church and loves gardening.



Jenni got an early start in real estate by helping out her Real Estate Agent father. Later on, Jenni married a carpenter and together they ran a carpentry and construction business, continuing her passion for real estate. Jennifer Clarke is a graduate of White Pass High School. After graduation she then attended Saint Martins University in Lacey majoring in Business. In 2006 she obtained her Real Estate Sales Associate License.

Jessica Dillman is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. Born and raised in the ‘Emerald City,’ Jessica got a taste for real estate working at Chicago Title & Escrow after graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Humanities. Her sense of adventure soon led to working aboard a cruise ship and traveling the high seas all over the Western Hemisphere. Desiring a more immersive experience, she then taught business English in Prague in the Czech Republic for three years.

While attending a local community college, Kevin was lured away by a major heating and air conditioning company. For the next 13 years, he worked closely with homebuilders and developers throughout the Pacific Northwest, forging the perfect credentials necessary to join TeamBuilder’s sales team. Since joining TeamBuilder, he’s worked on some of the company’s biggest sales success stories. Kevin is currently representing the Edgeview community at Lakeland.

Laura utilized her passion for Real Estate while studying Economics and Political Science at Seattle Pacific University. Her internship with a Real Estate Law firm reaffirmed her desire to pursue a career that allowed for creativity, research, and relationships to be centered around her interest in Real Estate. For a year after college she worked as a Leasing Agent in the greater Seattle area for a company that specialized in syndications. In 2012 she had the opportunity to join TeamBuilder and started as a Sales Associate at MainVue Homes in Auburn. She Feels that every day is different and new. When asked, she states that her favorite part of her job is not only working with a strong sales team but also watching the faces of clients as they fall in love with the builder’s product.
Her interests range from reading John Locke to hiking Mountain Si. She volunteers as a Child Advocate (CASA) in Pierce county and loves spending time with her 3 brothers, parents, and boyfriend.



Aside from meeting new and interesting people every day, Marc finds gratification in watching an empty plat of land become a wonderful neighborhood where families lay down their roots and begin lasting friendships. It was in 1967 that Mark obtained his Real Estate License and he spent the next 10 years selling vacation properties. He began selling new homes in 1977 and never looked back. His impressive new homes sales portfolio spans more than 100 projects and his real estate "firsts" includes co-owning one of the city's first niche condominium marketing firms, developing Seattle's first in-city presentation center and pre-selling one of Belltown's first condominium mid-rises. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Mark graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended Shoreline Community College. At 15, Mark was the youngest Eagle Scout in the Mount Baker Council - a life experience that instilled in him a love of hiking and outdoor activities which he still enjoys today.



Maureen has both a background in architecture/design and new construction which gives her a broad knowledge of home styling and details that might go unnoticed by some buyers. With fourteen brothers and sisters and 4 kids of her own, Maureen has a firm grasp on what makes a home livable for different lifestyles. She has been selling real estate in Pierce, Thurston and South King County for nearly 12 years and has closed over 700 transactions. She currently represents Oakpointe Communities, selling their Emerald Pointe project in Puyallup. While not helping people find their dream home, she enjoys spending time with her family hiking, snow skiing, boating, travelling and playing with her Australian Shepherd, Sadie.



Noree is a Seattle local who has spent most of her professional career in new construction. She started her real estate career in acquisitions at the Murray Franklyn Family of Companies, moving on to become the Marketing Director at The Dwelling Company where she was also an integral part of their design team. Noree oversaw the closings of more than 800 transactions at The Dwelling Company. With TeamBuilder JLS since 1996, Noree was also a member of the Escala sales team, where her feel for urban living allowed her to engage her customers in a meaningful and powerful way. Noree communicates downtown!
Outside of business, Noree enjoys cooking, traveling, and most of all spending time with her daughters Sofia and Ava.



Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and has a dynamic background in the Seattle Real Estate market which includes leading sales teams at: Residences 5th Ave., Serana, Tavona, 1 Hotel & Residences, Equinox, & Marselle, and currently the Edgeview community in Lakeland. From September 2009 - December 2010 Steve lead the Seattle condo market with 84 sold & closed transactions. Tammy obtained her real estate license over 15 years ago in 1998. Since that time she has been representing new home builders, primarily in King and Snohomish Counties. Tammy loves spending time with her family, helping out in her children’s classrooms and watching her sons play sports. She loves to go for walks, ski, sled, and relax in the sun whenever possible.



Born in New York on the 4th of July, Tracy radiates energy, diligence and passion. After moving to the Pacific Northwest, Tracy graduated from the University of Washington with a major in Communications. Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2008, she specialized in construction management and commercial development for eight years. Providing exceptional service and making each experience as seamless as possible is what Tracy aims for in all she does.
Tracy and her husband, Jeff, take pleasure in spending time with their family and friends, eating good food, drinking fine wine and traveling to new places. Tracy loves to run, play with her Labrador, Otis, and is also a dedicated volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
