Amy Roswall
For Amy, being a real estate broker is about more than just selling homes--it's about building long-term relationships and making dreams come true. When she's not selling homes with TeamBuilder, she likes to spend time at her vacation home in eastern Washington, play golf, travel and enjoy walks with her husband and two dogs.
Amy also spends time volunteering for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, compensated by, what she calls, a paycheck of the heart. For Amy, there is nothing more rewarding than making a difference in someone else's life. So whether she's selling someone their dream home or raising money to find a cure for cancer, you know she's motivated to succeed.
Blie Rickerd
At the young age of 21 years old, Blie Lena began her real estate career with TeamBuilder as part of the Sales & Marketing Team for One Lincoln Tower. Following One Lincoln Tower, Blie went on to become the top selling agent for a local Pierce County Builder where she managed, and closed out, seven communities during a 3 year period, winning numerous achievement awards along the way. Blie rejoined TeamBuilder in 2008. Her continued success can be attributed to her professionalism, eagerness to learn, love of building relationships with customers, and her sense of humor. Blie has a true passion for this work.
Originally from Venezuela and fluently bi-lingual, Blie especially enjoys assisting the Spanish speaking community in purchasing a new homes. In her free time she loves snowboarding, sunbathing, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. Blie's currently counting the days till she marries her best friend of 7 years in Mexico Nov '09, becoming a Mrs. Royer!
Branden Jordon
Branden's not one to shy away from a challenge or afraid to get his hands dirty in the process. Case in point, he paid for college by commercial fishing in the waters off of Alaska. Today, he spends his time fishing for just the right "catch" for satisfied clients and angling for sales for happy homebuilders.
When not selling homes, Branden enjoys golfing, boating, and trail running -- especially after one of the region's famous rainy periods
Chris Royer
Born and raised in the Evergreen State, Chris is a true Washingtonian! He has been working in Real Estate for more than 5 years with a focus on new construction over the last 3. Chris understands the importance that detailed communication, timeliness, along with creative negotiation skills have on achieving success in Real Estate. He carries a solution-minded approach while keeping his client's goals the priority. Thankful for all he has, Chris is confident yet humble and will always remain a student of life!
Chris lives an active lifestyle outside of selling homes. Snowboarding, golfing, working out, reading, and traveling are extremely important to his happiness. Most important however, is the time shared with family and friends, a blessing he never takes for granted.
Chris Truong
Chris comes to TeamBuilder JLS with over 20 years of customer care experience that includes various specialties from owning her own restaurant to developing a devoted clientele in the very competitive beauty industry. Providing an excellent customer experience is second nature for Chris, making her a perfect complement to our onsite sales teams. Chris has been involved in supporting the efforts of some very high profile properties, including Harrison Street at Issaquah Highlands and One Lincoln Tower in downtown Bellevue. Currently, Chris is an integral part of the team representing the highly acclaimed Escala Condominiums in the heart of downtown Seattle.
In her free time Chris enjoys gardening, baking, shopping with her daughters, cooking and dining with friends, long walks with her dog and movie nights with her husband.
Francie Zanuzoski
For the past 27 years, Francie has had the privilege of helping clients realize their goal of buying and selling their homes in Pierce and King County. In doing so, her main priorities have always been to listen to their concerns, focus on their needs, and provide excellent service. She firmly believes that buying and selling real estate is one of the most important events in a person's life and should be handled with knowledge, experience and her clients' best interests in mind.
Francie says the greatest compliment her clients have given her is referring her to their friends, neighbors, and family members--she now finds herself selling homes to some of her past client's children and grandchildren.
Jackie Levine
As a fourth generation Seattleite who has enjoyed the rich culture, recreation, and quality of life offered in the Pacific Northwest, Jackie feels privileged to share her passion for living the northwest lifestyle with prospective buyers. She understands that people are out shopping for a new home because of a change in their life or lifestyle. "Jae" Thomas Evans
For 10 years, Jae had a thriving career in the entertainment advertising industry where he designed movie posters and trailer campaigns. In search of something new and challenging, he migrated to the Northwest and found himself a home at TeamBuilder. With his obvious knack for marketing, entrepreneurial spirit and genuinely likeable personality, Jae has once again found success, but this time in real estate.
Successful in life as well, Jae lives in Bellevue with his son, Ethan, and his wife, Tori.
Jak Kaiser
Specializing in condominiums sales and marketing for builders and developers since 1978, Jak has been directly involved in the sales and marketing of more than 200 condominium projects in downtown Seattle and Portland, Oregon, including one of the largest apartment conversions in the state -- 770 homes on 82 acres. Jak's passion for condominiums is a personal one -- he lives in an in-city high rise community in Seattle and has served on numerous condominium and advisory boards.
Jak counts among his personal joys his wonderful family, gourmet dining, fine wine, civilized conversation, and world travel, including trips up north for the occasional salmon fishing.
James Harple
James, born and raised in the Seattle area has lived his whole life experiencing all that the great state of Washington has to offer. James' Real estate career started nearly 6 years ago with over 5 years specializing in New Construction. During his career in new home sales, James has continuously been a top-producer at the communities he has managed. James is currently representing Harbour Homes. When he's not working James enjoys being on the lake during the summer and in the mountains throughout the winter. Recently married he looks to start his family life and is excited to make his future dreams come true.
Jennifer Clarke
Jennifer Clarke is a graduate of White Pass High School. After graduation she then attended Saint Martins University in Lacey majoring in Business. In 2006 she obtained her Real Estate Sales Associate License.

Judie Chambers
Judie began her career in Real Estate 25+ years ago, but she has been selling all her life. Her professional career began as early as age 14 selling Avon products door to door. After her first five years in real estate, extremely high interest rates threatened most real estate jobs and Judie decided to try her hand at Property Management. She had great success in this field, but went back to her true love, real estate sales, as soon as conditions began to improve.

Kevin Bradley
While attending a local community college, Kevin was lured away by a major heating and air conditioning company. For the next 13 years, he worked closely with homebuilders and developers throughout the Pacific Northwest, forging the perfect credentials necessary to join TeamBuilder’s sales team. Since joining TeamBuilder, he’s worked on some of the company’s biggest sales success stories.
When not "taking care of business" in the office, he's taking care of his fiancee, Samantha, and his three children, Codee, Dylan and Emma.
Krista Mehr
Krista Mehr doesn’t just work in downtown Seattle; she can’t get enough of it. She believes the best way to get to know your market is to fully immerse yourself in it. Linda Miller

Outside of work she enjoys traveling to exotic places, she even lived in Paris for a year!
Maggie Greenblatt
Maggie hails from our neighbor up north and moved to Washington in 1990 after getting her first real estate license in California three years earlier. She loves the fast pace of real estate, the number of new people she meets on a daily basis, and the headache-free joys of selling new construction.
She and her husband have two grown children who have become fine adults and good friends and a fourteen year old daughter who keeps them young and guessing. She loves relaxing at home, walking and hiking, working out at the gym, and shopping -- albeit the latter a bit too much.
Mari Chong
Originally from the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii, Mari brings the warmth of the Aloha spirit to homebuyers and builders in the Puget Sound region. A licensed agent and new homes sales expert for 10 years, Mari has marketed homes in Seattle, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Everett, Edmonds, Kirkland and Puyallup.

Noree Milligan
Noree is a Seattle local who has spent most of her professional career in new construction. She started her real estate career in acquisitions at the Murray Franklyn Family of Companies, moving on to become the Marketing Director at The Dwelling Company where she was also an integral part of their design team. Noree oversaw the closings of more than 800 transactions at The Dwelling Company. With TeamBuilder JLS since 1996, Noree is currently a member of the Escala sales team, where her feel for urban living allows her to engage her customers in a meaningful and powerful way. Noree communicates downtown!
Outside of business, Noree enjoys cooking, traveling, and most of all spending time with her daughters Sofia and Ava.
Olga Dyckman
A native of Washington born and raised in Seattle, Olga is a graduate of Seattle Pacific university with a BA, where she majored in finance. The first part of Olga’s career was 10 years with Nordstrom, working in sales, management and as a corporate financial analyst in strategic planning. Soon after she got married and had her first little boy, it was then that Olga decided real estate was truly her passion. Licensed in 2001, she has been working ever since in new construction sales. Olga completed the Master Builder CSP course and and has worked since 2005 specializing in downtown high-rise sales and marketing. Olga’s claim-to-fames in the high-rise world are launching Olive 8, and being Sales Manager at the successful 5th and Madison tower, with 102 closed sales totaling 70 million under her belt. Olga is currently a Community Sales Manager at the ESCALA project.
In her spare time Olga is very active with her kids’ school, acting last year as Auction chair for St. Joseph school. She loves to watch her 5yr old daughter play soccer and her 8yr old son play baseball. She also is a golfer and recently discovered she enjoys running....she ran her first half marathon last year “the Rock and Roll marathon”. Her husband is the area chairman for Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services Inc. which insures many large local and national developers/ builders so they both share a passion for developments in Seattle.

Sharleen Takos
Sharleen had a very successful career as a Real Estate agent winning several awards in California from the Builder Industry Association. She continued her career in Real Estate in Washington and now holds licenses in both Washington and California. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and Certified New Homes Sales Profressional.
Sharleen loves to be very active in her community and spends time as is a member in The Gig Harbor Yacht Club, The New Neighbors Club of Gig Harbor and volunteers at the City of Gig Harbor's Visitor Center.
Stephanie Shurtliff
A "matchmaker" at heart, Stephanie loves meeting new people each day and matching them to the home of their dreams. A former teacher, she began her real estate career in resales, but now exclusively sells new construction, noting there's "nothing like owning a brand new home".
Stephanie met her husband at Washington State University eight years ago and they now have a sweet little boy named Jack. When not playing "matchmaker", she and her family enjoy time together -- taking trips, camping or just enjoying all that the city has to offer.
Sunae Fosmark
Over 20 years ago I lived in a small cul-de-sac with the nicest neighbors. One of the neighbors introduced me to Real Estate Sales by introducing her dad to me who is an awesome broker of a MacPherson’s BHG (then MacPherson’s Realty). Since then, I have loved working with people and finding their dream homes! Tracy Lee-Brooks
Born in New York on the 4th of July, Tracy radiates energy, diligence and passion. After moving to the Pacific Northwest, Tracy graduated from the University of Washington with a major in Communications. Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2008, she specialized in construction management and commercial development for eight years. Providing exceptional service and making each experience as seamless as possible is what Tracy aims for in all she does.
Tracy and her husband, Jeff, take pleasure in spending time with their family and friends, eating good food, drinking fine wine and traveling to new places. Tracy loves to run, play with her Labrador, Otis, and is also a dedicated volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Wally Giffin
Wally has been a licensed since 1999 and has worked in new construction, re-sale and developer land sales. He currently supports the the Falling Water sales team in Bonney Lake. Wally is a US Vietnam Veteran and spent 8 years in the U.S. Air Force. When not involved in real estate transactions, Wally enjoys playing local clubs in his five piece band that has been playing around the Pacific Northwest for 32 years.
