Growing up a military "brat," Beth moved all over the place but ultimately settled her family in the Pacific Northwest, a truly amazing and gorgeous place to live. After home schooling her 5 children for 13 years, she entered the workforce at John L. Scott where she worked as an executive assistant and in the accounting department. At John L. Scott she discovered her natural talents, her affinity for real estate and love of spreadsheets. After realizing her true gift in organization and managing money, Beth came to work for TeamBuilder in November 2008 where she was given the most important job of all, as Hurme puts it, "looking after all the money."
Besides spreadsheets, Beth loves traveling. She caught the travel bug early in life she tries to make one international trip (at least) a year; it's not too hard after marrying an Italian born, Aussie Citizen (who just became and American citizen!). Beth also enjoys fine wine and fine chocolate, with a firm belief that quality outweighs quantity when it comes to chocolate. Beth is also an insatiable reader, teaches kindergarten Sunday school and gets the most enjoyment from spending time surrounded by family.
