Less than 45 days following the auction of 16 LUMEN condominiums the final transaction has now closed. The units went to auction July 11th, 2009 with starting bid prices from $155,000. All of the units offerered were sold that day at a combined average of 38% above the advertised minimum bid prices. Everyone involved including the development group, the bank, and the purchasers are very pleased with the final result of the auction.
