Bill is Mobile
The growth of smartphones, e-readers, tablets and notebook computers is growing in leaps and bounds. Print publications, to their credit, are now offering electronic versions of their content (either partial or whole) to their customers. Personally, I have two magazine subscriptions I now can download, almost in full, every month, as well as receive the printed version. The application of this to real estate? Mucho. More to come.

U.S. Census Bureau numbers show that Washington State has stayed in the top 10 for the past decade regarding in-migration. There are a lot of factors that influence new home starts and sales, but job creation, as evidenced by new people and families coming into our state, ranks high on the list.
