Bill Gives Tribute
The New Home Council’s third annual Tribute! Awards celebrated another sold out event last Thursday. The Jeff Shore class beforehand was terrific, and the event inspiring. Congrats to all the winners, and a humble Thank You from yours truly.

Sarah ‘Krebsy’ Adams Sees September Numbers It appears we are heading for a year-end total that is somewhere between 2002 – 2003 levels, at least in central Puget Sound. Sales in September are up 32 percent in the four county area over a year ago, which is good news, but prices in the overall NWMLS stats were down 9 percent from last September. OB Jacobi, president of Windermere, said there is “stiff competition for move-in ready homes that are priced right, especially in neighborhoods close to Seattle.” J. Lennox Scott, CEO of John L. Scott, commented that “In Central Puget Sound, 90 percent of the sales activity is taking place in the more affordable and mid-price ranges, where the inventory level of homes for sale is low to healthy.”
