Bill Reflects on the Industry

Wanna talk interest rates?  Good heavens, look at the following chart, courtesy of www.MoneyCafe.com.  Winningham pointed this out to me (I believe he actually gets up early in the morning and studies this stuff).  This is the one-year T-Bill (Treasury Bill) index that many mortgages are tied to.  The current rate is just over one-quarter of one percent.  Extraordinary.

Paul Plugs His Alma Mater

The Times of London recently ranked all of the world’s leading universities, based upon a wide array of factors, and it is nice to note that the University of Washington came in 23rd.  Nice recognition for this great school and our region.  I am admittedly prejudiced in this regard.
