Bill Enjoys Seafair

The New Home Council hosted an event on Saturday aboard an Argosy ship to watch the Blue Angels. It was great, and yet another event sold out by the NHC. All 130 or so had a great time enjoying the food, a drink or two (one poor sap was even suckered into picking up an extra round for the entire cast), the air show, and each other. Thanks to Jeff Bell from Cobalt for a big sponsorship package, as well as Deanna Sihon from New Home Trends and our own La'Cee Pahlow for contributing so much time and effort. Surely this was the First Annual?

Sarah ‘Krebsy’ Adams Sees July Numbers

Pending sales in July continued on the trend of slightly better news, this year over last year. The four-county numbers are similar to 2001, 2002 and 2009. NWMLS director Frank Wilson from John L. Scott in Poulsbo commented that “the good news is that we seem to be at the bottom. The bad news is we are just sitting there.”
