Bill Looks at The View
A fabulous groundbreaking event at Belvedere on Cougar Mountain last week changed my mind. Before I saw it, I thought that maybe 81 upper-end homes from $1.0 – $1.5M, or so, might be a bit much for today’s marketplace. Not so. The community is spectacular. Views to die for, great design by Eric Campbell and his team at CamWest, and an Eastside location. A big crowd showed up to an event orchestrated by The Fearey Group, and the food, live music and ambiance in the big tent were all terrific. Check it all out at www.belvedereview.com.
