The 2010 census indicates a continuing trend towards urban sprawl in the Seattle Metropolitan Region. Wait a minute, folks, wasn’t the Growth Management Act of 1990 supposed to stop urban sprawl? The Seattle Metropolitan region is composed of the core Seattle metropolitan area (King, Pierce & Snohomish counties) and five exurban statistical areas, Bremerton, Olympia, Mount Vernon, Oak Harbor and Shelton.

Scott. Matt Deasy of Windermere commented that “The combination of lower inventory levels and higher sales is leading to early signs of a market shift.” This is better.
