Bill Has a Point of View. Surprise, Surprise.

I recently ran into my longtime buddy, Richard Sanders, at a speaking gig in Spokane. Richard is a member of the Washington State Supreme Court (should all these words be capitalized?), and is a fierce defender of property rights. Since I am now, officially, an Independent and not a R or a D, I want to take a position on government incentives to our industry. Hit the link below and read my blog. I believe you will find it interesting, and I would value your opinion and feedback. For the record, I did not discuss this issue with Richard, but I have a sneaking suspicion he might agree with me.

Sarah ‘Krebsy’ Adams Looks At Land Supply

Thanks to Cory Crossman from New Home Trends for providing this interesting chart, which looks at 10+ years of single family lot and plat supply. The green bars (plats of five lots or more) and the blue line (total number of lots) are both dipping dangerously low. The area covered is King, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston Counties.
