Bill on Marketing
The sales uptick continues, and inventory continues to shrink. Could it be……… Element in Redmond by Intracorp is on fire; Kristi Sundquist reports a massive broker open turnout at Garden Gate, with resulting sales; Village Communities had 18 sales in May; Harr Family Homes has sold 14 or so at Falling Water in Bonney Lake from the first of the year; the remarkable Canal Station condominium popped 9 sales in May; rumor has it that Quadrant is popping 20 sales a week, though this is unverified; and Conner reports good sales in a number of their communities, especially at the gorgeous Barbee Mill project. In other news, Lumen announced it was auctioning its remaining units. We expect to see more auctions as the year progresses.
